Scripture Leaf
This is a sculpture of a leaf, I think, though I’ve forgotten the exact name of the leaf or the specific process I used to make it. It’s funny how time can make you forget the details of certain projects, but what I do remember is how much fun I had working on it. The process of shaping and molding the leaf was a rewarding challenge, and I enjoyed experimenting with the materials. Taking pictures of it was also an enjoyable part of the project—capturing the details of my work and seeing it from different angles gave me a fresh perspective on my creation. I do wish the project had lasted longer, though, so that I could have made more adjustments. Looking back, I feel like I missed a couple of small details that could have made it even better. But at the end of the day, I’m still proud of how it turned out, and the experience of making it taught me a lot about patience and craftsmanship.
